Faq's & Policies

  • How long will my project take?
    All services have their own set of turnaround times! The description of all services include our current turn around times.
  • Can I request a rush order?
    You can rush any order for an additional $15 within the first 6 hours of booking. Rush order time frames are included in the product description!
  • How can I contact you?

  • How often will I get a revision?
    After payment is made you will be sent a client portal where all updates will be sent!
  • Ownership
    All revisions will be sent with a watermark- these revisions remain under our ownership until a final project is decided on. Once you are completely happy with your service ownership will be transferred to you.
  • Refund Policy
    Typically, we do not provide refunds for custom work. However, if exceptional circumstances arise, the option of a refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Revisions
    For all projects you are entitled to three sets of revisions. All of these revisions are included in the given price for the service. Additional revisions are unique to the service and are given in the description of each service. Revision times vary by service.
